Proposal And Scope
Every engagement should begin with a written scope, milestones, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before delivery starts.
Terms of Engagement
These terms outline how DCSSP frames proposals, delivery expectations, payment structure, confidentiality, and support.
Engagement Rules
This page is a practical public summary and should be reviewed by counsel before final legal publication.
Every engagement should begin with a written scope, milestones, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before delivery starts.
Payment terms, deposits, milestone billing, retainers, and handover conditions are defined in the proposal or service agreement for each partnership.
Partners are responsible for timely access to systems, decision-makers, content, credentials, test environments, and approvals required for delivery.
Post-launch support, maintenance, emergency response, and new feature requests are handled through the agreed support model or a separate change order.
DCSSP treats business, technical, and security information as confidential and expects partners to follow agreed access, approval, and communication rules.
Questions about engagement terms can be sent to frontdesk@dannyokec.com before proposal acceptance.
